A moderate, high-intensity workout designed to increase overall body strength, cardiovascular fitness, and core strength. This class mixes functional training and bodyweight exercises with interval training. Come join Kailey and challenge yourself in this new and exciting class!

Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00pm to 12:50pm
Join Kailey in this energetic class designed to improve aerobic endurance, muscular strength, and boost overall confidence. This class accommodates and welcomes people of all fitness levels.

December 19th thru January 4th - Monday and Wednesday from 1:00pm to 2:00pm
Our winter conditioning camp will help your kids stay active during winter break by maintaining and improving stamina and muscular strength through moderate intensity-based interval training.
