The Y is a place where you can work toward that balance by challenging yourself to learn a new skill, fostering connections with friends, or bringing your loved ones closer together through our many family-centered activities. Break a sweat, chat with a friend, relax your mind, challenge your body, or reconnect and recharge! Take advantage of an array of free classes for members. We promise to help support you through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. We offer group exercise classes for those who enjoy the encouragement of instructors and classmates as well as one on one instruction for those preferring a more personal setting. Your YMCA membership includes most fitness and all water aerobics classes, cardiovascular and circuit weight machines, freeweights, a walking track, gymnasium, hot tub, and a fantastic aquatics center!
